Baby Dedication
Our next Baby Dedication is Sunday, April 21st . This is our opportunity as the body of Christ to come alongside new parents in MBT and dedicate our smallest members to the Lord. Deadline to sign up is April 14th.
Foster Family Respite Night
Our Foster Ministry is presenting a Respite Night for our local foster community. This event will take place on Saturday, April 20th from 4:00-7:00 PM. This evening serves to give foster parents a much needed break by opening up MBT to host their children.

High School Ministry Spring Retreat
High School Spring Retreat will be April 4-6th. There will be great food, small groups and preaching, outdoor games and activities, and great fellowship.

Hit the Streets Evangelism
Hit The Streets Evangelism allows every member the opportunity to come together corporately to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ. This ministry focuses on reaching our local mission field of Kansas City.
Meet in the MBT Sanctuary every first Saturday at 11:30 A.M. to coordinate and pray with one another before we go out.

Father Daughter Dance
Father Daughter Dance February 17 from 6-8:30pm in upper Meyer. It's going to be an evening of dinner and dancing. If Dad is unable to make it, there will be tables hosted by youth group and Kidtown "dads" for the evening.
Cost is $25 per couple, +10 per extra kid. You can register or sign up to serve below.
HEADship
HEADship MBT Mens Ministry
Men, please consider joining the MBT pastors in our HEADship series. Each quarter, the men of MBT will gather over good food, a good time, and a charge from the word!
Our attention will be devoted to the topic of "Envisioning."
Dinner will be provided by Providence Pizza!
Cost is $10 per person (guests are invited).
FOI Spring Welcome Party
Join us for food, games, and meeting new friends from around the world! Through this event we aim to welcome new international students to Kansas City, and provide an environment for lasting relationships to be built.

Chili Fundraiser
We will have special homemade chili for Tuesday Night Meal this evening to raise money for our annual Kidtown Aloha Trip. Suggested donation will be $3 for children, $5 for adults.

Mission Focus 2023-24
Mission Focus is devoted to developing a culture of missions engagement and complete surrender among every member of the Living Faith Fellowship churches.
The Great Commission is every believer's responsibility, beginning across the street and spanning the globe by sharing the good news of Jesus Christ, making disciples, training leaders and sending them to reproduce biblical ministry. Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 1:8; 2 Corinthians 5:17-21
Mission Focus is a great opportunity for Living Faith church members, from young to old, to take personal stock of how they live the Great Commission. This conference has been used powerfully to impact the hearts and lives of many growing leaders to hear the call of God.

The Gift: a Christmas Event
Join us for our annual Christmas service at Midtown Baptist Temple. This service will occur twice on Sunday Dec 24th, Christmas Eve:
10:00 am one unified service, no fellowships and regular kidtown service.
4:30 pm This service will have a cookie reception and candle lighting. No childcare provided but rooms will be available for those who need.

Celebration of Life for Kimberly Clay
MBT will be hosting a celebration of life on Saturday, December 2nd at 2:00 PM for our sister, Kimberly Clay, who was a part of MBT and Living Well. We want to show her family and friends the love of Christ as they come together in this time of grief. We will need help from the church body to greet people for the service, prepare and serve food and clean up afterward. We know it's a busy time, but please consider signing up to minister to this family.

Giving Tuesday
We will be taking up a special offering Tuesday the 28th for giving Tuesday, and will keep the Fatherless fund open throughout the months of November and December.
Please pray about how God would have you give. There will also be a Loose Change Offering for the Fatherless on Sunday, Nov 26!

Fall Festival
Save the date for Fall Festival at MBT!
Fall Festival will be on 10/31 from 6:30-8:30 in lieu of Tuesday Night Prayer. There will Trunk or Treating, a bounce house, popcorn, food, games and more!
